Montecito Strong

It has been nearly two weeks since our beloved Montecito was impacted by unprecedented levels of rainfall in a short period of time, causing devastating mudslides, just after the largest wildfire in California history. These events could not have been anticipated and we are absolutely heartbroken at the loss of loved ones and homes. This has been a time to process all that has happened. We do not have access to our office on Coast Village Road or to the 101 Freeway and are working remotely to help those who have been displaced to find housing. The road to rebuilding lies ahead, but many areas have been left untouched and we have no doubt that Montecito will be restored to a level even more beautiful than before. Our community remains committed to this outcome and dear to our hearts. If we can help you in any way, please let us know, and we will remain #montecitostrong #emilykellenbergerandassociates

The Santa Barbara Association of Realtors is in contact with the Insurance Commissioner and they want to hear if your insurance claims are being denied or you are having trouble with your insurance policy and claims.

www.KEYT.com - Our local news has been an incredible resource with live streaming news online, updates on road closures, the status of utilities, and more.

www.Amtrak.com - The train is up and running with additional cars added. This has been a helpful means of transportation for those not wanting to take the long route around via the 5 Highway. Tip: Book business class for guaranteed seats.

They are located in the County Administration Building at 105 E. Anapamu Street, Room #109, in downtown Santa Barbara, and their phone number is 805.568.2920.
